  • Full lifestyle assessment to cultivate sustainable fitness habits by reviewing your current sleep patterns, water intake, stress levels, etc.
  • Nutrition Guidance
  • Fully understand what your body needs (or doesn’t need).
  • Learn how to safely lose weight and gain muscle, using the powerful tool of nutrition!
  • Complete guidance on macro counting, how many calories you actually need, grocery store navigation tips, understanding food quality, and meal prep advice.

  • Holding you accountable for your goals with frequent communication (minimum 3x weekly) to see how your nutrition is going.
