Sex therapist @drshannonchavez drops a ton of knowledge on this week’s episode! -
We talk about the common problem regarding feeling shame around sex, the importance of regular masturbation, and how to introduce your sexual fantasies to your partner. -
She also clears the air on how to stimulate the G-spot on both men and women. She then shares how to incorporate pornography into your sex life in a healthy way. -
Leave a 😈🍆 or 🍑 if you’re gonna listen🎧🎙
-
#sextherapist #sextherapy #sexpositive Never miss an opportunity to work on your mobility. When multitasking like this, remember to stay ACTIVE in the position. Being too passive can create instability at end ranges of motion, which can be counter productive once you start adding intensity. I learned this the hard way 🤷🏻‍♂️
-
@mindpumpadam, what do you say we record next week’s podcast like this?
-
#alwaysbemobilizing Are you an introvert or extrovert?
-
My answer to this is more complicated than one word and there’s a chance yours is too. I am a “highly sensitive” extrovert. This is a tricky one and very challenging to balance. -
Highly Sensitive simply means I am hyper sensitive to my surroundings. Imagine living in a world where volume, brightness, & touch are on FULL BLAST. -
That’s my world, all the time. -
On the flip side, I am very extroverted, curious, and crave human connection. I love it, but being around people and loud noises drain the hell out of me. -
As you may imagine, it’s a tough thing to manage. -
How do I find balance?
-
1️⃣Drive in silence as much as possible
2️⃣Keep as many lights off as possible in my home
3️⃣Try not to over extend myself with social outings
4️⃣Minimize watching TV -
I do these things to protect my energy levels. -
I FEEL everything around me. If you are hurting, frustrated, happy, I can sense it a mile away. -
I can HEAR every car that passes in the distance, the humming of the air vent, and birds chirping in the distance. -
The screen I am looking at right now seems way brighter than it should. -
Studies show that roughly 20% of humans and mammals have this characteristic. I believe there are tons of people who may relate to being a #highlysensitiveperson or #hsp. -
Do you? Leave a ♥️ if you relate! Relationship Advice, Tips for Introverts, & Restoring Happiness with @thefitwellvet is live on all platforms, link in bio! -
