My approach to your fitness is based on sustainable, consistent progress. I believe in a realistic model that will deliver life changing fitness so you can thrive forever, not just today. We live in a time where our fitness is paramount, so I believe in writing programs to set you up for long term success.
Most trainers write programs with an unrealistic amount of intensity. Although this model may get you quick results, the progress is temporary and does not last. Worst of all, that approach often times leads to injury, mental burnout, and overtraining. What good are the results if they don’t last?
I know your time is valuable, so when designing your program I only use exercises, sets, and rep schemes that have been proven to work. I base this off of scientific research, as well as, my 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.
