Premier 1 on 1 Coaching with Coach Danny, the creator of Iron Crew Athletics.  Fully customized exercise program, nutrition plan, coaching, and accountability.  This gives you 24/7 access to Danny in the palm of your hand.

1 on 1 coaching and a tailor made, customized, fitness program including:

  • Initial Questionnaire

  • To understand your background, goals, and personal needs.
  • 30-Minute Introductory Video Meeting

  • To further identify your individual goals, assess current nutrition, and review your training program.
  • Full lifestyle assessment to cultivate sustainable fitness habits by reviewing your current sleep patterns, water intake, stress levels, etc. 
  • Weekly Exercise Programming

  • Each routine includes a warm-up, core exercises, strength training, conditioning, and mobility routines that are specific to your goals.
  • Identify weaknesses and incorporate accessory exercises to expedite achieving your goals.
  • Workout specific tips & advice in order to properly attack your workouts.
  • Systematically lay your fitness foundation, then intelligently increase complexity and volume.
  • Nutrition Guidance

  • Fully understand what your body needs (or doesn’t need).
  • Learn how to safely lose weight and gain muscle, using the powerful tool of nutrition!
  • Complete guidance on macro counting, how many calories you actually need, grocery store navigation tips, understanding food quality, and meal prep advice.
