I met Danny at a CrossFit gym where he was my regular coach. After COVID hit, I enlisted him to program just a couple of days per week. He initially created a two-day per week program focusing on back and front squats with accessory work to compliment. During this cycle, I saw more improvement in these lifts than I had made over the last year at our previous gym!

Danny later created a more comprehensive training program for me. This included strength sessions paired with accessory work, and skill days partnered with higher intensity circuit training. He also provided a weekly check-in where we would discuss my progress and make adjustments as needed. Danny was always professional, upbeat, and honest about what improvement should be made.

He is a great coach that I would highly recommend!
