When I met Danny it was as the head coach at our CrossFit gym. During the COVID shuffle, I approached him for help with my home workouts and was elated when he acquiesced.
At first it was deadlifts. I was never able to do enough volume of a single movement to improve my strength, but at home with Danny’s program, I made great progress. I then moved on to full programming of Danny’s creation with weekly check-ins. These were great, and tailored to my goals.
These are not the one size fits all approach I was used to. Danny’s product was thoughtful and polished. He was always available for clarification if needed. Over the period we worked together Danny was always upbeat, professional, and reliable.
