Dr James Bagley is a is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology and Director of the Muscle Physiology Lab at San Francisco State University. With involvement in over 50 scientific articles, abstracts, and studies, Dr Bagley is the go-to resource in the field of exercise science. Danny got to pick Dr Bagley’s brain regarding the science behind muscle. They dive into the research behind muscle atrophy, hypertrophy, and flexibility.
