Andréa is a writer, editor, and journalist who was an editor at the CrossFit Journal and of the popular book “Speal: A David and Goliath Story”. Andréa and Danny talk about her time working with CrossFit HQ, how she fell in love with Kyokushin Karate, and how physical fitness training helps prepare the mind more than anything.
